Disclaimer: GENERAL ORDER OF THE DIVINE SOL INC NFP ("DIVINE SOL") is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to quality continuing education and training programs. In the course of fulfilling this non-profit educational and training mission, DIVINE SOL has developed the DIVINE SOL’s Clean Energy Jobs Act (CEJA) Training Programs for continuing education to adhere to the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) and the International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET) standard for training providers while preparing for accreditation.

Our curriculum format parallels the ANSI/IACET Standard for Continuing Education and Training as a proven model for implementing valuable and sustainable continuing education and training (CE/T) programs. We are dedicated to compliance with the ANSI/IACET Standard for Continuing Education and Training, during the process of accreditation.

Event Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be received at the DIVINE SOL office in writing two weeks prior to the scheduled workshop; a service charge of 20 percent will be deducted from all refunds. In lieu of a refund, registrations may be transferred to an alternate workshop within 6 months of the original workshop date. The transfer request must be received two weeks prior to the originally scheduled workshop date; otherwise a service charge of 40% will be applied to the registration fee.

Product Cancellation Policy

A 10 percent cancellation fee will be applied to cancellations made within 30 days of purchase. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to: DIVINE SOL, 815 N Court St., Suite 105, Rockford, IL 61103, or emailed toadmin@divinesolnfp@gmail.com. No refunds will be given after 30 days.

Donation Cancellation Policy

Accredited Provider Application Review Fee Policy

The Accredited Provider application review fee is non-refundable.

DIVINE SOL Course Participation Policy

Success in a learning event is dependent on active participation and engagement by the attendee throughout the course. In order to earn a course completion certificate and digital badge for any DIVINE SOL learning event, attendees are required to fully participate in the training activities, lectures, and discussion. This applies to those attending in-person and remotely. Participation is defined as greater than 90% attendance of the scheduled course time and active engagement verified by the facilitator. Remote participation requires a working webcam and microphone; the webcam must be activated throughout the learning event.
